Recess Monkey is a band as committed to its eclectic musicality as it is in engaging its young fans. Critics love them, too! They’ve won praise from People, Time, USA Today, The New York Times and NPR for their pitch-perfect understanding of what gets kids excited. Together, the three band members have over 30 years experience in the classroom, and even more years in acclaimed Indie Rock bands, so they strike a perfect balance between kid-centric ideas and musical authenticity. Kids up to age six are their prime audience, though the entire family will enjoy this show!
