Produced nationally and internationally, Little Women has been praised by critics for its ambition in bringing the timeless, captivating story to vivid musical life on stage. Based on Louisa May Alcott’s life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March, each determined to live life on her own terms. Little Women embodies the complete theatrical experience, leaving audiences filled with a sense of adventure, joy, heartache, and a lifting of the spirit. The powerful score soars with the sounds of personal discovery, heartbreak, hope, and everlasting love – the sounds of a young America finding its voice.

Akaash Singh is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, podcaster, and actor. His career took off with many television shows including MTV’s Guy Code and Wild’n Out, Netflix’s Brown Nation, and HBO’s The Leftovers. After finding success in TV, he pivoted his focus toward growing the now hugely successful podcast Flagrant, co-created with fellow comedian and good friend, Andrew Schulz, along with touring and his stand up career.

Akaash self-produced and directed his first stand up special, Bring Back Apu in February, amassing over a million views in its first week alone. Just one month later, he released The Crowdwork Special, putting him in rarified air of comedians who produced two specials in back to back months. Aside from stand up, look for Akaash as the lead in the Netflix Animated Series Conquest as well as a Hulu series created by Ramy Youssef.

Murder mystery stories never go out of style. With the resurgence of the whodunit in popular culture, Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap is the ideal addition to the LTAC theatrical season. After a local woman is murdered, the guests and staff at Monkswell Manor find themselves stranded during a snowstorm. It soon becomes clear that the killer is among them, and the seven strangers grow increasingly suspicious of one another. A police detective, arriving on skis, interrogates the suspects: the newlyweds running the house; a spinster with a curious background; an architect who seems better equipped to be a chef; a retired Army major; a strange little man who claims his car has overturned in a drift; and a jurist who makes life miserable for everyone. When a second murder takes place, tensions and fears escalate. This record-breaking murder mystery features a brilliant surprise finish from Dame Agatha Christie, the foremost mystery writer of her time.

Let’s tip our pirate hats, and glasses, as we traverse the gangway to Cherokee Ranch and Castle, for a night of amazing barrel-aged rum tasting! Today’s barrel-aged rums have flavor profiles equally as diverse and intriguing as many fine single malt scotches, cognacs, brandies, and bourbons. Rum has an interesting pirate and seafaring history, and its diversity of tastes helps explain why it is quickly growing in popularity with collectors and drinkers alike.

Explore the world of barrel-aged rum with friends, family members, and neighbors at the Castle as Colorado bagpiper and rum aficionado Scott Beach presents the night’s offerings. The five tastings will be accompanied by heavy appetizers, AND, a cash bar will be open for wine, prosecco, beer, and whiskey specials.
